What a listing is
A listing is a public record of a business loan brokerage: who they are, where they work, what they broker, and their standing. Entries come from public records and from the brokers themselves, and every fact carries its source and date.
Not financial advice
The register helps you find and compare brokers. It does not recommend a loan, a lender or a broker for your situation. Read every offer and fee disclosure before you sign.
For listed brokerages
- Listing is free. Claiming is free. Status rises only on evidence, never on payment.
- A firm that claims its entry is responsible for what it adds, and must keep fees and contact details accurate.
- We may remove or mark an entry that we find to be false or misleading, and the entry says so.
- Badges and award marks may be shown only while the live record supports them, and must link back to the entry.
Using the register
You may use the register to find and contact brokers. You may not copy it in bulk, use it to send unsolicited marketing, or present its entries as your own.
