How standing works
Every entry shows its public standing: registrations, certifications and business record, each linked to the official source. Brokers see anything new on their entry first and can reply.
Every entry shows its public standing. Rules for commercial financing brokers are changing fast, and the register tracks them for brokers and for the businesses they serve.
Four status levels
Listed
Found in public records, such as a state registry or the firm's own business listing. We show business facts only: name, city, affiliations and loan types.
Claimed
The firm confirmed the entry with an email at its own domain and opened a free Levr account. It can now add its description, fees, team and service area.
Verified
Identity and activity checked: the business is active with its registry, and the firm has recent funded deals on record. Verified status is year stamped.
Certified
A Secure Broker certificate is on file, with a link to the live certificate. The certifier confirms it, not us.
What an entry can show
How sorting works
Every list on the register uses the same order: certified, then verified, then claimed, then listed. Within each level, the entry checked most recently comes first. Rank is never sold, and no firm can pay to move up a page.
The AI match ranks differently: it looks for the loan, the industry, the place and the deal size in what you write, and adds weight for status. It still never takes payment into account.
Wording rules
- Registrations link to the government registry record.
- Certifications link to the live certificate.
- Public records appear as the source shows them, with the date we checked. We do not summarize, score or rank them.
- Before anything other than business facts appears on an entry, the broker is notified and can reply on the entry.
- We never show personal emails or mobile numbers. Main business lines only.
- Status rises only on evidence, never on payment. Rank on a listing page is never sold.

Questions brokers ask
Can I see what will appear before it goes live?
Yes. Brokers get the first look at anything beyond business facts, and can reply on the entry. The reply shows next to the record.
Something on my entry is wrong. How do I fix it?
Claim the entry and edit it, or send a correction with a link to the source. We check it against the source and update the entry.
Can I remove my entry?
You can ask for removal and we review every request. The register shows business facts only, never personal emails or mobile numbers.
Do brokers on Levr get a better place?
No. The register is run by Levr, and brokers on Levr are listed and sorted by the same rules as everyone else.
