What it means
You can explore the Capital Files without signing in. ChatGPT sign-in lets you save educational bookmarks and completed knowledge checks to your library account. Your business loan application is handled separately in the secure application portal. Library bookmarks and learning keys do not submit an application or authorize lender contact.
How to evaluate the practice
Learning keys are also saved in this browser, where another person using the same browser profile may see them. Saved files lets you remove bookmarks and delete an earlier preparation plan. Signing out does not erase local learning keys. The Capital Files reset clears device learning progress separately from anything saved to your account.
What to verify
Your library account uses ChatGPT sign-in. Your email is shown so you can check which account you are using, and personal library records are linked to that account. The site counts signed-in saving and learning actions by day without attaching your account identity to those totals. Hosting can retain ordinary request logs and backups; deleting a plan does not promise immediate removal from backups. Financial answer ranges are not placed in browser storage, page addresses or analytics. External links have their own privacy practices.
Three places to distinguish
Your educational bookmarks and completed checks can be associated with your signed-in library account. Learning keys are also held in the current browser profile. Your business financing application is a separate process in the application portal. Removing information from one of these places does not imply that information in the others has also been removed.
Scenario: returning on another device
Imagine you complete a knowledge check on a shared laptop while signed out. The device can retain that learning key. Signing in elsewhere does not turn that local action into a loan application. If a check was completed while signed in and successfully saved to the library account, the account can show it on another signed-in visit. Device storage and account storage therefore need to be considered separately.
If you use the Capital Files reset control, it removes learning progress stored on that device. It does not delete saved account checks or change your loan application. A signed-in view may still display account progress after the local reset. On a shared computer, also sign out and remove any documents you personally downloaded using the appropriate device process.
What removing a saved plan means
An earlier preparation plan can be deleted through Saved files. Deleting it removes its saved contents, and an older open tab cannot simply restore them by sending an out-of-date save. This does not delete your library account, every hosting log or every backup. It also does not withdraw or delete a business loan application, which is managed separately.
The site records daily totals for saving files, completing checks and saving earlier plans. Your account identity is not attached to those aggregate counts. Your personal bookmarks and completed checks are stored separately with your account so you can return to them. These statements describe the website features reviewed for this article; they are not an independent audit of hosting or the separate application portal.
- Removing a bookmark affects that saved library item.
- Resetting device keys affects local learning progress.
- Deleting an earlier plan does not submit, withdraw or delete a loan application.
- Use the application portal’s own privacy process for financing-file questions.
Your next-step checklist

- Use Saved files to remove saved files or an earlier preparation plan
